I ordered a swimsuit and a cover-up from Beachsissi, the colors are really cute. Like, they looked close to the photos, which I was happy about. The fit was mostly right too, though I kept noticing the fabric felt thinner than I expected, especially once I actually tried it on.
I washed it once and the shape held up fine, so that was good, but then I saw a couple spots where the stitching looked a little loose. Not a total dealbreaker, and for the price I guess it’s okay. I’d wear it for a casual beach day, just not expecting super high quality or anything.

I ordered from Beachsissi and one of the items just didn’t fit right, so I reached out for a refund. It did get handled in the end, but it took a few days of back-and-forth emails before the money showed up on my card. I’m glad they replied and sorted it, but the delay definitely made me a bit less trusting about ordering again. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. I’d say 4 stars overall.

I reached out to beachsissi.com customer support about my order, it was frustrating!!! The replies were super short and didn’t really answer my questions at all!!! It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me and close the conversation as fast as possible!!! I ended up having to figure everything out on my own, which was really annoying!!!

I’d say most of the sizes and colors I was looking for were still in stock, which was a nice surprise. There were maybe a couple of pieces I liked that were already sold out, but overall the inventory seemed better than a lot of the other beachwear sites I checked

I found a few things I liked, but checking out was a bit of a pain. The page kept loading so slow and I had to put my info in twice, which was super annoying. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until kinda late, so that threw me off too. I still placed the order, but the whole thing defintely made me less excited about it...

The return policy was easy to find and actually made sense. The steps were simple with no confusing fine print, which I really appreciated. It kind of let me trust my gut and feel more comfortable placing the order

The tracking on my order barely changed for days, so I was left guessing where my package even was. I kept checking it and ended up messaging support more than I should’ve had to, which was annoying. It did show up eventually, just later than I expected. Feels like they could’ve done a better job keeping me updated

I sent them two emails about my order and never got a reply. It was really frustrating because I just wanted a simple update. Not helpful at all, and it made the whole experience disappointing.

I wasn’t a fan of how Beachsissi looked at all. The pages felt really crowded, the colors didn’t seem to go together, and some of the product photos looked kind of random. It just wasn’t a nice site to browse through!!

The layout also felt old, especially on my phone. I had to scroll way too much, and the whole thing gave off a cheap vibe. I don’t think I’d use it again

I tried to do an exchange the whole thing has been slow and confusing. I reached out to support, but I still don’t really have a clear update on what’s happening, so I’m just kind of waiting and...

I ordered a swimsuit from beachsissi it was better than I expected for the price. The quality is decent and the sizing was close, so I’m happy with what I got. Shipping did take a bit though, and the updates weren’t the most reassuring, so I started to wonder if I’d made a mistake. It worked out in the end, but that part definitely made me trust the process a little less.

This fabric is seriously so comfy. I’m absolutely convinced it’s impossible for it to feel itchy, it's just soft and easy to wear.

The delivery got here quickly, and reading between the lines, it seems like they’ve got their shipping process figured out. No complaints from me.

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that. I was actually surprised it came when it said it would because deliveries around here are usually a whole guessing game. But the packaging was disappointing. The bag felt really thin and had a rip on one side, like it barely made it through the trip. The items themselves were okay, nothing was actually ruined, but they came out all wrinkled and messy looking. It kind of reminded me of when I overpack a drawer and then act surprised everything gets crushed. For an online shop, I just expected the packaging to be a little sturdier.
